Fee Refund Policy
Transparent, fair, and pro-rata refunds for students who need to discontinue their coaching.
Policy Overview
LWS Pune provides refunds on a pro-rata basis calculated from the admission date to the student's first attempt of the NDA/AFCAT/CDS examination. This policy ensures fair treatment for students who need to discontinue their coaching.
Refund Calculation Method
Refund Amount = Course Fee × ( Unused Period ÷ Total Course Period )
Where:
- Course Fee = Total tuition fee paid (excluding non-refundable components)
- Total Course Period = Number of months from admission date to first exam attempt date
- Unused Period = Number of months from cancellation date to first exam attempt date
Example Calculation

| First NDA Attempt | September 7, 2026 (NDA-I 2026) |
| Total Course Period | 8 months |
| Cancellation Date | April 1, 2026 |
