Salary Structure (7th Pay Commission)
Candidates selected as Territorial Army Officers are commissioned as Lieutenants and receive pay equivalent to regular army officers during active duty.
- Lieutenant (Level 10): ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
- Military Service Pay (MSP): ₹15,500
- Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000+
Higher Ranks:
- Captain: ₹61,300 – ₹1,93,900 + MSP
- Major: ₹69,400 – ₹2,07,200 + MSP
