Cancellation & Refund Policy
At LWS Pune Pvt Ltd. (LWS Pune), we aim to provide the best learning experience to our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring a student to cancel their enrollment. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before registering.
1. Cancellation by Student
a. Before Course Start Date:
• If a student wishes to cancel their enrollment 7 or more days before the course start date, 90% of the fee paid will be refunded (after deducting 10% as administrative charges).
• If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the course start date, only 50% of the fee will be refunded.
b. After Course Start Date:
• No refund will be provided if the cancellation is requested after the course has started.
2. Batch Transfer
• Due to the unique structure and limited seat availability of each batch, we do not entertain requests for batch transfers under any circumstances. Students are advised to carefully select their preferred batch at the time of enrollment.
3. Mode of Refund
• All refunds are subject to verification of original payment and administrative checks.
4. Non-refundable Charges
• Discounted fees or promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Special Considerations
• In genuine cases such as medical emergencies or relocation, the institute may consider partial refunds or deferment. Proper documentation will be required and the decision rests solely with the institute management.
